Following the success of the recent Globee Awards 2024, I am pleased to share that the team also won a Bronze Stevie Award in the category of “Best Business Technology Pivot” at the 22nd Annual American Business Awards.

The award recognised our new omnichannel digital engagement strategy, grounded in data and artificial intelligence (AI), which successfully increased customer touch points by 30%, reducing the average time to first purchase by 28%.

The Stevie Awards honour and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of businesses and working professionals worldwide.

The winners were determined by the average scores of more than 300 professionals worldwide in the three-month judging process.
