The Finder
The new full re-written Finder. Early results show it is significantly faster then the Leopard version, especially when opening hundreds of images and documents in thumbnail view. The only other visible difference is the slider in the bottom right corner.

Applications
The Applications window in Finder. (Note: DivX is not installed by default).

CoverFlow
CoverFlow is still an option in Finder and offers excellent quick view options for a massive number of document types.

Quick Look
Quick Look still allows you to quickly open many document types just by clicking the space bar.

Aqua UI Effects
All other Aqua UI effects are still present and correct. I was really hoping to see a new UI in OS 10.6, but it looks like we are going to have to wait for OS 10.7 for that.

Stacks
Stacks now allows you to quickly navigate through folders.

Stacks Folder Navigation
The back arrow in the top left corner allows you to easily navigate through folders straight from the Stack.

Expose
Expose now structures windows more logically to help enable quick access to all application windows.

Expose Applications
This is defiantly a feature that has been missing from Expose. You can now Expose specific application windows by clicking and holding a Dock Icon. This feature can also be used to easily drop and drag documents onto a specific window.
