The simple answer to this problem is 10 Minute Mail, which is a disposable mail service that gives you a temporary email address that you can use to complete online verification. Each email address is unique and initially live for 10 minutes; however there is a simple one click button to extend its life for an additional 10 minutes. Once the timeline does end the email address and all emails will be deleted.
I used to have several "SPAM" email addresses setup on Gmail for web verification, however they were a pain to manage, now I simply go to http://10minutemail.com which helps ensure my one true inbox stays SPAM free.
