Introducing Atlas

Atlas by 280 North is a new visual layout editor and development environment for desktop-class web applications, using their new open source framework, Cappuccino. They have already presented at the Future of Web Apps (FOWA) conference in Miami and will be following up at the London conference in just a few days time.
